Hello La Shonda,
Last part to get in order is your body. Some people believe that your health is your wealth. I think this may be the most challenging for me at times. I love food, yes I like vegetables but I love anything with sugar. Finding balance with body sometimes I do well and sometimes I am way out of balance. My philosophy about this is progress not perfection! You do need to know when your body is in order or healthy and when it is not. At different ages it may look different.
Tip for the week:
Make some body goals. Make some small ones and bigger than small ones. Take an inventory to see if your body is healthy, that may include going to the doctor. Once you have made some goals then start with one this week. Make sure you have some fun goals on there so it does not feel like a chore. Goals could include healthy food, exercise, sleep, massages, saunas, don’t forget intimate movements if that brings you joy.
